What are the acceptable use policies for AI agents?
AgentFi enforces strict standards for the use of its agentic infrastructure and credentials. Users are prohibited from the following actions:
* Violating any applicable local or international laws.
* Misusing agent credentials for undeclared products or purposes.
* Circumventing third-party security systems or anti-fraud mechanisms.
* Transmitting malware, spam, or malicious content.
* Engaging in fraudulent transactions or impersonating entities.
* Reselling AgentFi credentials to unauthorized third parties.
Who owns the content and intellectual property?

What are the payment and refund terms?

* Notice Period: AgentFi provides a 30-day notice for any pricing modifications.
* Refunds: All payment obligations are non-cancellable and fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
* Taxes: All stated fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
How does AgentFi handle liability and disputes?
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties.

How are these terms updated?
AgentFi reserves the right to update these terms. Registered users will receive email notification of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the 14-day window constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
